This video shows how to make a Hovering Hawks block using 2 1/2″ squares. The block measures 8 1/2″ so will be a finished 8″ block.

  2. I am very interested to see what you will do with all those “bonus” triangles. I think they would make a great “mini” quilt or interesting border . What size are the little finished blocks that you saved??
